If you are returning a broken Mala or requesting a redesign, please print this form and send it back, along with your carefully packed mala via insured, traceable mail. We will make every effort to complete restringing requested within one business week of receipt, and send it back to you via Priority Mail.

We have a $18.00  minimum product purchase for all mail order transactions.  Most orders sent via USPS, so allow 1 business week for delivery, unless otherwise specified; most orders placed within 1-3 Business Days.  Out of stock items will be removed from invoice.  We will notify you if an item is out of stock, and you will not be billed until item is sent. Express mail is available, but for malas, please still allow 72 hours to us to hand-make your Mala for you!

 

RETURN POLICY...OUR GUARANTEE
We carefully select each of our products to ensure the highest quality. We want you to feel very satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, feel free to return your unused product in good, resellable condition by contacting us within 10 days of delivery date for a full refund, less original shipping charges, and expenses incurred to return the product to us. Please call for a Return Authorization Number.  We can not liable for product misuse or customer damage, and can not offer a refund in these circumstances. If you receive a damaged product, please retain packaging and notify us immediately. You may be asked to submit damaged package to shipper to apply for reimbursement. If it is determined that product was damaged by shipper, a replacement product will be sent, or credit will be issued to customer.  Orders returned after 10 days will be offered store credit or replacement at our discretion. Returns after 30 days from date of order can not be accepted. Thank you for your support!
