Please place orders online via our secure server 24 hours/ day. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American  Express, Discover, Paypal. You can also print  out your order directly from the site and send a check or money order. We have a high grade-security shopping cart. If you experience any trouble placing your order, you can simply copy and email your order and send payment directly to Paypal, our send money address is: info@buddhistmala.com.  

The owner will be on meditation retreat and traveling on and off for the remainder of the year, so immediate phone customer service and custom designs will not be available. Email and text messages are the fastest way to contact us, allow 48 hours for a reply. However we have a full team of malas makers and order processors, so your order will ship within 1-3 business days, as always. All orders can easily and securely be placed online, and thanks for your support!

If your label was printed within 1-24 hours of receiving notice, you will see this message:

Why Are You Receiving This Message?

This is an auto generated response from the USPS, and when your parcel is processed by the US Post, the message will read:

   The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper
   on (Date of Label Printing) to expect your package for mailing. This does
   not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.
   Delivery status information will be provided if / when available.
   Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check
   again later.

The above message provided proof that your package has shipped, and that a label to your address was paid for and printed on that day. The USPS does not scan Airmail parcels en route like UPS Ground does. These are standard messages from the US Post, for all Priority Mail Shipments with Delivery Confirmation Numbers. The above message does not mean that your order was not shipped, as this message appears on the day that we print and pay for your shipping label, so your parcel is en-route.

If scan forms are available, (parcels shipped may or may not be scanned by a postal worker) the next scan will read:

Status: Shipment Accepted- Your shipment was accepted/picked up at 12:02 PM on Date of Scan 25, 2008 in BOULDER, CO 80301.

The final message that will appear on site will confirm date of delivery, when your parcel is finally re-scanned by carrier at destination, and appears as follows:

Label/Receipt Number: 0123 4567 1234 0000 0000
Status: Delivered

Your item was delivered at 12:15 PM on April 12, 2008 in CITYNAME, STATE 12345.

International orders are not traceable, (and we waive all liability for loss, damage, confiscation) but you will receive notification and your customs number on the date that it ships. Repeat tracking request are offered by emailing customer service after waiting a full 10 business days from order date for domestic orders, and a full 20 days for international orders.*(Summer delivery times may be extended by one week)*
