Amethyst Marble Hand Juzu- Buddhist Hand Mala Prayer beads, also called "Juzu" or "Ojuzu". Juzu are long hand malas, approx. 11 inches around with 36 beads. They have 3 inch long Japanese Style double tassels.

The Lavender Marble had exquisitely crafted special hand macrame tassel-heads, inspired by the Zen are of knot and tassel making called 'Kumihimo.' Juzu are well made in Japan with a complimentary sage green Japanese gift box.

Juzu are frequently given as gifts - for example - to celebrate a birth, marriage, a coming-of-age, etc. They are also given as keepsakes and a source of protection to loved ones. Imported from Kyoto Japan.
