Buddhist Hand Mala Prayer beads, also called "Juzu" or "Ojuzu". Made from real, dark finished wooden Robles Wood beads, 9mm. A traditional hand juzu with 27, 9mm counting beads with markers and parent bead. These have 3 inch long Japanese Style double tassels. Juzu are well made in Japan with a complimentary sage green Japanese gift box.

Juzu are frequently given as gifts - for example - to celebrate a birth, marriage, a coming-of-age, etc. They are also given as keepsakes and a source of protection to loved ones. Imported from Kyoto Japan.
