Sakura Designs is an offshoot of its larger parent company, Chopa Imports which was acquired in 2005. Chopa sold the day that Dawn went into the hospital to give birth to her daughter. Since then many customers have followed us because our malas, made here in Colorado, are exceptionally well crafted.

I am so pleased with the repair work that Dawn completed on my mala beads (which were purchased elsewhere). She had no issue making the repair of someone else’s work, and did a truly wonderful job. She emailed to explain what she did to repair the mala – noting that she needed to replace a couple beads as there weren’t 108 in total. Overall, wonderful experience! I’d recommend you having your beads repaired by Dawn, as well!
