Easy Returns – We’re Here to Help
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase isn’t quite right, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order for a return authorization.

Returns are accepted on unused, undamaged items in resellable condition if requested within 10 days of delivery and returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please include any packaging materials like the box and gift pouch. We are unable to accept returns on: closeout, custom designs, used, worn, altered, or damaged items.
30 Day Craftsmanship Guarantee
We offer a complimentary 30-day warranty repair if your item breaks. This warranty covers all labor and materials needed to repair the mala in its original design. Customers are responsible only for shipping costs to and from our workshop.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price of the item, less original and return shipping costs. Custom-designed malas and closeout items are final sale and cannot be returned.
For your convenience, the U.S. Postal Service offers free Priority Mail Flat Rate Bubble Mailers at most post offices, or you may print a shipping label at home and place the package in your outgoing mailbox. We stand behind every piece we create and are always happy to assist with any questions or concerns.

PLACE ITEM BACK IN ORIGINAL PACKING OR BUBBLE ENVELOPE
Pack up your return . Place your item(s) and packing slip in the original or new packaging. Tape it up and mark out any older addresses and barcodes. CHOOSE PRIORITY MAIL, since they offer insurance and traceability. Print your label onto white paper with a home printer. Tape your shipping label to the outside.

Your Store Credit or Refund
Once we receive your return, we’ll offer store credit or refund the full product price, minus the original shipping and handling costs and a 4.99% non-refundable card processing fee. If your order qualified for free shipping, we’ll deduct our actual outgoing shipping costs along with the 4.99% processing fee.Refunds are processed within one billing cycle (up to 30 days) after we receive your item.
*Please note that we cannot offer refunds for returns past 30 days from purchase date or items that are returned used, damaged, or otherwise not in resellable condition. In such cases, the item may be returned to you at your expense or, if you prefer, responsibly disposed of. You can also resell used products on Ebay or social media, just please do not use our original copyrighted images.
If your item is a beaded mala and you would prefer a different design or need repairs outside of warranty period, we also offer repair and redesign services and would be happy to discuss available options here.
