Riverstone shale fossil beads is formed by the skeletons of countless tiny sea creatures embedded in a silt matrix. Fossil beads are made from sea fossils or shale which is shaped before being polished. The fossil has an irregularly porous surface, which creates a beautiful marbled finish.
