Limited Edition. 108 bead White Jade Pearl + Swarovski Crystal Mala Necklace fashioned with white jade, freshwater pearl, genuine swarovski markers finished with sterling silver gold plated vermeil beads and a cotton tassel.

ABOUT WHITE JADE:

There are two varieities of Jade: Jadeite, a sodium aluminum silicate; and Nephrite, a calcium magnesium iron silicate. Green is the color most associated with Jade, but Jadeite comes in a variety of colors including red, orange, yellow, green, blue, lilac, pink, black, white, and brown; and Nephrite ranges in color from mid to dark green or grey-green, white, yellowish or reddish. Jade can be found in Japan, Myanmar (formerly Burma), Guatemala, and in California and Alaska within the United States. White Jade has subtle bands and is similar to Lace Agate (chalcedony).

Our mala necklaces are handcrafted in Boulder, Colorado by Sakura Designs, LLC using authentic, certified Austrian crystals produced by the Swarovski company. Their precision cutting, sharp facets, and unique light refraction cannot be duplicated, making them unmistakable in quality. As lower grade crystal imitations have flooded the market, Swarovski now sells only to approved, licensed vendors who may no longer use the Swarovski trade name in marketing. We have worked with genuine Swarovski components for more than twenty years, maintain a supply of pre-purchased beads, and continue sourcing from reputable vintage stock suppliers.
